1. Promoter

The Zenag Easter Hunt Promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by ZENAG Chicken (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on 26 March 2026 and closes on 12 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Papua New Guinea only.
  • Participants must submit valid personal contact details when entering.
  • Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, contractors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must:

  • Scan the QR code displayed on participating Zenag egg labels or Easter promotional posters.
  • Visit the official landing page:
  • Access official Zenag digital platforms listed on the landing page.
  • Locate five (5) hidden mystery cards or clues placed across selected campaign content.
  • Correctly answer all five clue questions.
  • Submit all answers through official Facebook Direct Message during the Promotion Period.

5. Promotion Platforms

Promotion clues may be placed across the following official Zenag platforms:

  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Official ZENAG Chicken website

The Promoter reserves the right to determine clue placement and posting schedule.

6. Entry Conditions

  • Only one valid entry per person is permitted unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
  • Entries must contain all five correct answers to qualify for the prize draw.
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading entries may be disqualified.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all entrants.

7. Clue Questions

The official clue questions include:

  • DOC Tagline
  • Zenag chicken slogan
  • Zenag establishment date
  • Egg tagline
  • Region of Papua New Guinea where Zenag products originate

The Promoter may provide hints across campaign materials.

8. Prize Structure

A total of ten (10) winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive:

  • K300 cash prize 💵
  • One Zenag Easter Hamper 🎁

Each hamper contains:

  • 1 Pocket Umbrella
  • 1 Standard Umbrella
  • 1 Egg Bag
  • 2 Cooler Bags
  • 1 Recipe Book
  • 1 Trucker Hat
  • 1 Water Bottle

9. Winner Selection

  • All qualified entries containing correct answers will enter a random draw.
  • Ten winners will be selected after the Promotion closes.
  • Winners will be contacted through the details provided in their entry.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

10. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives beyond the stated cash prize component.
  • Prize collection arrangements will be communicated directly to winners.
  • Winners may be required to provide valid identification before prize release.

11. Publicity Consent

By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, image, entry content, photographs, and related promotional material for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation 📸

12. Technical Disclaimer

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • QR code scanning failures
  • Internet or network interruptions
  • Platform outages
  • Delayed submissions
  • Lost or incomplete digital entries
  • Third-party platform technical issues

13. Fraud and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Uses false identities
  • Attempts to manipulate results
  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions

14. Promoter Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary.

15. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
