In the spirit of unity and goodwill, Zenag Chicken proudly donated 10 cartons of fresh chicken and 5 cartons of eggs to the inmates of Buimo Prison in Lae as part of the lead-up to Papua New Guinea’s 50th Independence Anniversary celebrations.

The heartfelt donation was warmly received by the inmates, who expressed their gratitude for being remembered during such a significant national milestone. Speaking on behalf of his fellow inmates, one representative shared, “We are thankful, because not every time do we see companies come in and do donations. When you do this, we don’t feel cut off from the rest of the public. A simple gesture of goodwill goes a long way.”

The occasion highlighted the importance of inclusiveness, showing that everyone has a place in celebrating the country’s golden jubilee.
