We are now hiring a Receptionist to be based in our Pom Office. The successful candidate will have to provide essential administrative duties and support to our Pom depot office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide them with superb customer service
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Track and order office supplies
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Receipting of all payments for products bought


  • Must be a grade 12 or hold a certificate or diploma in office administration
  • Physically fit to perform manual work
  • Must at least have 1 or two years of work experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must outgoing and be customer orientated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
